Vacancy Code: QAM 200
Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our new project and to work as Quality Assurance Manager (focused on IT activity) (Code: QAM 200) for full time in our Kiev office.
Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
• Oversee, maintain, and improve quality approach in complex IT projects.
• Develop IT Quality management processes (with the focus on ISO 20000 and ITIL).
• Analyze and recommend appropriate test plans and procedures for QA of IT projects.
• Coordinate work of group of QA engineers testing functional, performance, scalability and reliability of complex IT systems.
• Verify that procedures are in use, functional and efficient.
• Maintain the corrective/preventive action system, including tracking the statuses of open actions, receiving and reviewing responses, working with departments for timely completion and periodic reports and metrics.
• Monitor, evaluate and assign corrective/preventive actions to the departments and projects.
• Audit the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following set of required competencies / skills:
• Proficiency in collection and writing of business requirements, analysis and presentation.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Computer skills and work experience with MS Office (incl. MS Access).
• Personal skills: responsible, fast-learner, having positive attitude, self-initiative, communicative, eager to professional development.
• MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
The following qualifications will be an advantage:
• Understanding of Information Technologies and software development concepts.
• Experience with application of ITIL, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001-2000 standards.
