A western company operating in Oil&Gas industry, looking for HR Manager (work abroad).
Main responsibilities:
* To take care of the whole management of company resources by implementing all those procedures necessary for the performance of activities
* To select directly personnel requested by Company Management
* To prepare and/or verify job description and job profile of requested personnel
* To be constantly informed about general market conditions and to adapt consequently the company policy as concerns wages
* To solve disputes with employees
* To verify the respect of national and international rules in terms of work laws
* To prepare work permits, visa and any other documentation needed to enable expatriate personnel to work
* To supervise and organize the logistic management of personnel (accommodation, transportation, benefits, etc.)
* To find and select other companies, both national and international, for personnel hiring, manpower supply, to agree contract conditions and to verify their suitability
Main requirements:
* Diploma or Academic Degree in Human discipline or psychology
* Postgraduate courses and/or Master in Management of Human Resources (or equivalent experience which can be demonstrate)Course attendance of Time Management, Total Quality Management, Negotiations, etc. is preferred
* Knowledge of national and international legislation in terms of employment and related taxation
* Capacity to evaluate psychological profile and potentiality of candidates
* Knowledge of main methods of personnel evaluation (and classification of performances)
* Knowledge of procedures for the issuing of work permits and visa and consequent economic impact
* Knowledge of the employment market in terms of proper remunerations, facilitations, incentives, emerging markets, etc.
* Possession of a rich portfolio of contacts (personal and company’s ones).
* Having been worked during last 10 years in an equivalent position
* Having experience in Oil and Gas, and /or maintenance and or integrated logistic and/or fabrication and construction branches
* Having experience in companies who work on contract
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
* Decision-making and accountability within business, pro-active behavior
